My research focuses on creating induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) for disease modeling and CNS injury repair. My recent projects are:
- CRISPR-mediated mutation correction and generation of knockin and knockout iPSC lines;
- Construction of inducible piggyBac transposon-based CRISPR activation vectors;
- In vivo reprogramming of reactive astrocytes with AAVs for spinal cord injury repair.
